FHA services are available in these two offices located in the rear of the Gathering Place, and open from 9:30 to noon Monday through Friday. The Hospitality & Service Center offers copier and fax services to residents at a nominal cost and is a fount of information including trail maps and club information. Suggestions, problems, questions or anything relating to life in Fearrington should first be directed to this office. The Business Office is staffed by the FHA's management company, CAMS, which handles all accounting matters including for FHA annual dues. Suggestions, problems, questions or anything relating to life in Fearrington should be directed to volunteers and staff in these offices. They will endeavor to satisfy all inquiries, either directly or by referral to the proper agency or FHA Director. When the offices are closed, phone calls are directly forwarded to the FHA's community management company, CAMS, where Laura Summe is our Senior Community Manager. |
