About FHA Fearrington Homeowners Association Request to Debit Your Dues As a convenient way for you to pay your annual Fearrington Homeowners Association dues the FHA urges you to consider using the bank debit system. This is an easy method that assures a timely payment of your dues without having to remember to write and mail a check each year. It also makes the FHA's task of collecting dues much easier. It is simple to sign up. Just fill out the information form that can be obtained on-line by clicking here, (see NOTE, below) attach a voided check, and deliver or mail it to the FHA Office. The mailing address is 599 Fearrington Post, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Alternatively, you may drop it off in the FHA Office any weekday morning when the office is open or drop it in the FHA box in the Swim and Croquet Kiosk. We must receive your request by December 31, of one year, in order to have it effective for the next year's dues. Your account will be debited for the annual dues early in January of the dues year. Once the FHA Board approves the dues for a year--normally in November--you will be notified by mid-December of the exact amount that will be debited your checking account.
Once you have signed up and had the dues
automatically debited, you do not need to repeat the process in
subsequent years unless you change your bank or your account number
has changed since the previous debit. If it has, please complete and return
this form with the new information, so we don't have any problems effecting
the collection. NOTE: This form is in PDF format for viewing and printing. For people with PCs, PDF Format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free from the Adobe web site. For those of you who are using Macintosh computers with an OS X operating system, the form should open automatically using the operating system's built-in Preview software.
ATTENTION: OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN If you are a member of one of the Service Groups--Bradford Place, Bush Creek Townhomes, Camden Park, Countryhouse Service Group V, or Weathersfield Service Group VI--you can also have your monthly service group maintenance fees deducted from your checking account. That is done separately from this request to debit the FHA dues. To have the monthly service fees deducted you need to obtain a form from one of the following: Bush Creek Town Homes and Bradford Place: The Service Group’s Treasurer. (The name and phone number of the current Treasurer for each of these Service Groups can be found in the current edition of the Village of Fearrington Directory.) Countryhouse V and Weathersfield VI: Talis Management Group. (The name, address and phone numbers to contact the Talis Management Group can be found in the current edition of the Village of Fearrington Directory.) Camden Park: HRW Inc. (The name, address and phone numbers to contact HRW Inc can be found in the current edition of the Village of Fearrington Directory.) |
