Fearrington Homeowners Association

EMERGENCY INFORMATION
(forms A and B)

Forms A and B are for any resident of Fearrington Village who is (1) new to the Village or (2) whose situation has changed in ways that are relevant to local Emergency Response Units.

Form A allows you to register names of those persons we may notify in case of your incapacitation.

Form B will be included in the Local Emergency Response neighborhood file. The information you provide on Form B will be included in the neighborhood summary for your area; these summaries may be distributed to resident emergency volunteers within your Fearrington neighborhood.

The information from Forms A and B will be entered into a database by the FHA and will stay within Fearrington.
